Welforce was created in 1987, and all evidence of it was confiscated by the Oswego School Distict. It was then recreated and updated in 1988-89. Its primary mission: To protect the Charity Drop Boxes and dumps that Butski once raided. Its secondary, unofficial mission: Be the rivals of the Conquerors, the justice-and-freedom loving vigilantes of Oswegonia High.
