Chapter: Buccaneer Bulletin Series (1989-1992)

Cartoon strips that I wrote and illustrated for the Oswego High School’s student newspaper between 1989-92, 3 out of my 4 years there. I won 1st, 2nd, and 1st place for best newspaper cartoons in NY State schools every season.

NOTE: Although not initially considered canon to the rest of the book, over two decades later, it occurred to me that I was able to retcon the strips into the main story and actually “finish” them within the book. Similar themes were in each, it was just a matter of connecting them. I did.
