This political cartoon was written by a good friend of mine, Tim Sczerby (of being left out of 'The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters' fame), and illustrated by me. Unfortunately, the problem has gotten worse since we did this sometime in the late-1990's or early-2000's. Hooray for gun-free zones! Wait... huh?
