Illustration is © Christopher Galletta Stevens 1991-92 of Oswego County BOCES building for Oswego County BOCES. To put the art to good use as "The Criminal Justice and Forensic Art school" building for the '92 comic book issue that I was working on at the time. I always told you that this comic was my "sketchbook with a storyline" and I was not kidding just making up a tagline. That is what the comic was for the first few years of its life.
